On September 9, 2021, Dr. Diego Belardi was awarded his Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu up at Colorado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Satori by Professors Sean Stewart and Don Westman. Congratulations Dr. Diego! Outstanding! Earning a CBJJS Purple Belt is no easy task. It requires a good dose of hard training and an ambition to be better today than you were the day before, not in the short term, but with consistency and persistence over an extended period of time, even in the face of setbacks and adversity, which are inevitable. Dr. Diego has achieved Purple Belt by demonstrating undeniable skill developed through smart and consistent training, all with a smile and willingness to teach others that make Dr. Diego such a joy to have on the mat. Brilliant!
