Thank you to Jenifer Hordinski of Katharo Training Center, located in Littleton Colorado, for hosting an amazing Women’s BJJ Workshop with the one and only Sohpia McDermott Drysdale this past Sunday, January 29, 2017! Sohpia is a Living Legend of BJJ! Not only is she a BJJ World Champion (Gi and No-Gi), but she was the first female BJJ Black Belt in Australia! The BJJ Stapleton Ladies Crew was out in full force to take advantage of the knowledge! Sophia shared her “stiletto” principal from various positions and demonstrated how it can be used to obtain a range of submissions. It was excellent! Thank you Sohpia!!
