On Saturday, August 31, 2024, Steve Haddock stepped on the mat at the IBJJF 2024 World Master Jiu Jitsu Championship. After winning three hard fought matches, including a submission victory by baseball choke where he put his opponent to sleep, Steve emerged victorious: GOLD. Steve Haddock is your IBJJF 2024 World Master Jiu Jitsu Champion! Way to go Steve! Way to go Colorado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Satori! Steve competed in the Middleweight, Masters 7, Division. What an accomplishment! Brilliant!
Steve has been the anchor of our noon Lunchbunch Jiu Jitsu sessions, attending four times per week, Monday noon, Tuesday noon, Thursday noon, and Friday noon, like clockwork. That commitment and consistency has paid off! Nothing like hard consistent work to build champions, as Steve has so brilliantly confirmed! Champion!

Winning Championship Gold resulted in Steve earning his Brown Belt promotion immediately upon returning from the IBJJF 2024 World Master Jiu Jitsu Championship at the close of the Lunchbunch Jiu Jitsu session up at Colorado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Satori on September 10, 2024. Brilliant!
