We have a new Brown Belt: Rampage! Not only did Stephanie Cline win Gold at the 2022 IBJJF World Jiu Jitsu No-Gi Championships, but she was promoted to the rank of BJJ Brown Belt on the podium by Professor Don Westman immediately after her brilliant performance. Stephanie has exceeded all expectations as to what is required of a Colorado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Satori Purple Belt, from submission victories in MMA competition to many jiu jitsu tournament golds, to her persistent, almost relentless work in the gym, to her IBJJF World Championship victory at Purple Belt, there is no question that she has made her mark and earned her spot as one of the few Colorado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes to earn a CBJJS Brown Belt! Way to go Steph! You number among the elite. Enjoy the challenges of Brown Belt, there will be many, and those very challenges will make Black Belt that much sweeter, of value, and meaningful, when it is finally obtained.
